The GOP race for the Whitehouse
It will be interesting to see the outcome of this one. It seems that although the likelihood of a Republican win is high, no one wants to step up to the plate just yet. Indeed there are candidates – but what about people like Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey? His approval rating is high, and he’s been doing shows like Oprah and making other public appearances.
Of the candidates who are running for office, it seems as if each has a political agenda to make him stand out from the crowd. For example, Tom Miller has been pushing enforcement of the Iowa Consumer Fraud Act as part of his platform. He’s been going after online merchants – and winning. Other candidates include of course the controversial Rick Santorum and several others. In order of popularity, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman are among those who look like the most popular in the New Hampshire primary. Where does this lead? Stay tuned…
